Thank you for visiting my website. As a buyer's agent specializing in new home communities in Weddington, Waxhaw, Wesley Chapel, Matthews, and Ballantyne. I've helped many relocating families find their ideal homes. I hope to help you, too! My services are completely free to buyers. When you buy or build a new home, the builder always pays the buyer's agent. The price of the house remains the same whether you use a buyer's agent or not.
The Ballantyne and Arboretum areas in South Charlotte have many amenities: new shopping centers, fine dining, golf courses, upscale housing and beautiful landscaping. Many people are moving just over the Union County line to Weddington, Waxhaw, Marvin, and Wesley Chapel because of the lower taxes and good schools. The Fort Mill area, to the south of Ballantyne, is growing rapidly as well, with many new and beautiful subdivisions. Whatever your preference, I'd be happy to help you in your search for homes or builders.

Some of you have asked about equestrian events in the Weddington area. Union County is horse country! There are beautiful farms with wonderful boarding facilities for horses. Hunter/jumper and dressage lessons are available, as well as trail riding. There are shows, hunter paces, fox hunts and clinics. Please contact me for additional information and recommendations.
My husband and I are both from this area and we have two sons and two grandchildren who live here. Most of my clients are relocating here from Long Island and Florida and they are buying new homes in Weddington, Waxhaw or Wesley Chapel. I'm able to help out with the home-building process by being there for the buyers when they are not able to come down here for every inspection during the building process. Also I take pictures of the houses while they are being built and email them to their new owners!

The Village of Wesley Chapel
Located between Monroe and Weddington, the Village of Wesley Chapel was incorporated in 1998 as an official municipality of the State of North Carolina. It is a very family -oriented area where school and sports are important. The schools consistently score highest on the end of grade tests: they are Wesley Chapel Elementary, Weddington Middle and Weddington High. Many new homes are being built in Wesley Chapel and also a new shopping center but the community still retains its rural charm. |
Town of Matthews Vision Statement...

Carolinas’ Newcomers Find Friendly Reception The majority of Carolinas’ newcomers say they're getting a friendly reception from the communities they're moving to. That's according to this year's Charlotte Observer/WCNC News Carolinas Poll, which found that 1 in 5 of the Carolinians interviewed said they considered themselves newcomers. Among those newcomers, 57 percent gave their communities high marks for being welcoming. http://ncarstaff.c.topica.com/maafmmuabuJtca6EyCkb/
More Floridians Moving to Carolinas Floridians are leaving the Sunshine State – which they say is overpriced and too hurricane-prone – and heading to North and South Carolina. Florida has taken the top spot as the Carolinas' largest in-migration market, overtaking New York in a 2005 survey of those wanting to move to the Carolinas by the Center for Carolina Living. http://ncarstaff.c.topica.com/maafcxxabtCyIa6EyCkb/
Newcomers Driving New-Housing Boom A flood of newcomers has propelled Mecklenburg, Union and York counties to near the top of the nation's fastest-growing areas in new housing. According to U.S. Census Bureau figures, new and longtime residents are flocking to houses, condos and apartments being built in the region. But, it's the steady stream of newcomers that ultimately fuels the demand for new homes. (Login required to view Charlotte Observer articles.) http://ncarstaff.c.topica.com/maae7dvabsX3Ta6EyCkb/
